Congratulations to our Maverick of the Month: Saketh Reddy!
Saketh's current engagement is his second contract with Maverick. Saketh joined team Maverick as a Network Engineer for our customer (a New England based insurance provider) in July of 2021. His success with that project did not keep him on hiatus for long! Beth Lins, Maverick Sr. Technical Recruiter, dialed him up once his current network engineer opportunity arose. Saketh was hired for the project a year ago in January. We regularly receive excellent reviews about Saketh and his work from our customer.

1. How long have you been in Information Technology?
More than 10 years.
2. How did you get involved with your current position?
Thanks to Beth! Beth contacted me about a previous opportunity to work with a Maverick customer. I completed that engagement and she called me when this job opened up.
3. What do you enjoy most about your job?
Helping technology folks with (multiple) solutions to their questions.
4. What are your thoughts on the future of the IT industry?
I do not see a future without IT. Literally, everything we do every day has something that has IT linked to it. The industry is here to stay, and although growth may have peaked for now, more opportunities to integrate IT will arise.
5. What advice would you give to your 20-year-old self?
Enjoy college while it lasts; you're going to be a worker bee for the rest of your life!
6. Where would you go if you won a free trip to anywhere in the world?
Alaska
7. What are your hobbies or things you like to do in your free time?
Math equations and learning automotive and motorcycle mechanics.
8. What do you enjoy about working with Maverick?
The entire Maverick team is excellent! They are all very much client and resource focused.
