Congratulations to our Maverick of the Month: Hari Prasad!
Hari has been with Maverick for six months, currently working on a project for one of our Life Science clients as a Windows System Administrator with expertise in Azure and Intune. Hari is a dedicated professional who ensures everything operates seamlessly for our client. Working with Hari is a pleasure, and any client would be lucky to have him on their team.
1. How long have you been in Information Technology?
2. How did you get involved with your current position?
I was looking for new opportunities when this excellent role with Maverick came along. I couldn't say no, as it offered all the elements I was seeking in my next career level.
3. What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the challenges I confront on a day-to-day basis and love taking on new opportunities. Despite having worked in this industry for a long time, every day is a learning experience, with new technologies or innovations constantly emerging in the market.
4. What are your thoughts on the future of the IT industry?
Organizations will increasingly adopt hybrid and multi-cloud strategies to enhance flexibility, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Additionally, I believe AI and machine learning will act as the bridge to facilitate this transition.
5. What advice would you give to your 20-year-old self?
Take more chances. Always keep learning and aim for bigger opportunities. Stay updated on new technologies and innovations in any field.
6. Where would you go if you won a free trip to anywhere in the world?
I have always dreamed of going on a world tour and am working towards it. Visiting Antarctica has always been at the top of my list.
7. What are your hobbies or things you like to do in your free time?
I love playing soccer on PlayStation, playing tennis, and traveling.
8. What do you enjoy about working with Maverick?
I appreciate the work culture and the respect Maverick shows its employees. They have always been very responsive and reachable whenever I needed help. Special kudos to Beth for her assistance during the hiring process, and appreciation to all the staff at Maverick. I would be happy to work with Maverick on all my upcoming projects. I love the way Maverick takes care of its employees.
